What is 360 Feedback?
The purpose of a 360 Assessment is to obtain feedback from a group of people who regularly observe the participants behaviours. A comprehensive report will be created based upon the responses, and delivered in a one to one discussion.

Concept

This process is a snap shot of the perception people have of the individual's behaviours and is not directly linked to performance standards or specific goals or objectives.

Process

1. The candidate should identify 8 people who can be trusted to give objective and constructive feedback.

2. The 360 process is initiated and the results collated to represent the individuals self assessment and the statistical mean of the 360 respondents.

3. This 360 report is assessed and used openly to develop conversation and help set objectives that will allow the individual to perform more effectively.

ThreeSixtyNet uses over seventy feedback questions grouped in seven categories, 'Leadership Ability', 'Stress Control', 'Communication', 'Organisational Skills', 'Management Style', 'Creativity' and 'Personal Impact'. This gives a detailed, and accurate appraisal of an individual, without being too cumbersome or difficult for the person giving feedback. Typically, when giving feedback the whole process should take no more than twenty minutes.

Each question, or statement, is assigned a value between 1 and 10, indicating how often the behaviour happens.

1 - Never
2 to 3 - Rarely
4 to 5 - Sometimes
6 to 7 - Generally
8 to 9 - Frequently
10 - Always
