How do you use my feedback?

When we have collected feedback from enough people, we produce a detailed report based on the average scores. This is then compared to the candidate's own view of themselves, to identify differences in perceptions, strengths and areas for improvement.

A sample graph

Firstly, all information remains strictly confidential. We don't attribute feedback scores or comments to specific individuals. All figures are reported as averages, and compared to the individual's (who is recieving feedback) own opinion.

The results of a 360 Assessment are delivered to the participant in a one to one discussion, before the commencement of a Blue Sky programme. This gives both the individual and the Blue Sky coach the opportunity to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and differences in how the individual sees themselves compared to how others perceive them. The great benefit of this is that, unlike in some other coaching situations, it creates a deeper and more effective understanding and level of trust between delegate and coach.

Interpretation of Average Scores:

8 to 9 shows an area of expertise.
6 to 7 suggests behaviours not liable to adversely affect performance.
4 to 5 indicates behaviours will adversely affect performance.
2 to 3 is an unacceptable level.
